DFA Hosts New Members
DESERT FOUNDATION AUXILIARY ANNOUNCES NEW MEMBERS AT COCKTAIL EVENT

Desert Foundation Auxiliary held a cocktail party in May in Ann-Eve Drachman Berry’s Scottsdale home. The occasion was to welcome four new members: Wendy Arendt, Laura Dye, Robin Snyder and Julie Jorgenson.
DFA selects and presents to the community young women from the Paradise Valley, Scottsdale and Carefree/Cave Creek area at its annual Desert Ball. Proceeds from the ball are disbursed annually to selected local charities.
The 2014 recipients are Kitchen on the Street and Arizona Friends of Foster Children Foundation.
The 49th Annual Desert Ball will be held on Dec. 20, 2014 at The Phoenician. Ann-Eve Drachman Berry is ball chairman and Bren Dodenhoff is co-chairman. Kathleen McClain is president of the organization.
