I’ve discovered Amaree’s, a magical design boutique in Newport Beach with pieces I don’t see everywhere. They display Myriam Schaefer handbags with great reverence for style. Finding yourself in a minimalistic studio overlooking the gorgeous bay and among other luxurious fashions you don’t see everywhere only adds to the mystique.

Miriam Schaefer is a former handbag designer for Balenciaga, and is responsible for the iconic Lariat bag alongside Nicolas Ghesquière. All her bags are created without any chemicals and are handcrafted to her demanding standards. The design is magnificent. They are special.
