Goodwill Donates $9,200 to Junior Achievement of Arizona






Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona selected Junior Achievement as the fourth-quarter Goodwill Gives Change Campaign recipient in Maricopa County.
The program provides funds to help support qualifying nonprofit organizations, and Junior Achievement was awarded the grant in a check presentation took place on Dec. 5.
Goodwill Gives is an ongoing campaign that collects monetary donations at registers to support its mission services. Each quarter, Goodwill chooses a new organization to take part, and the chosen organization will receive all of the cash donations made at Goodwill registers on a selected weekend.

Last year, Goodwill helped place more than 44,000 Arizonans in local jobs with hundreds of local companies.
