Hot Night Gala to Support Phoenix Arts

The Phoenix Art Museum will host its annual fall gala on November 4 with a Hot Night theme celebrating its Past/Future/Present: Contemporary Brazilian Art exhibit and raising money to support arts and education.
The event will offer an evening of Brazilian-inspired food, cocktails, live music and dancing and a private glimpse of the featured exhibit — Past/Future/Present: Contemporary Brazilian Art. The exhibit is the first major presentation of artworks from the collection of the Museum of Modern Art, São Paulo and features 70 artworks created by nearly 60 artists.
The museum will be transformed into an elegant, tropical lounge complete with cabanas and vibrant Copacabana-themed décor.
Attendees can look forward to live samba dancing and tropical music provided by performers in elaborate attire and dinner catered by Fogo de Chão and M Catering, featuring gaucho-style Brazilian cuisine.
Following dinner, guests will enjoy an evening of dancing and live music.
Funds raised from the gala will directly support museum functions such as exhibitions and arts education programs. The art museum has raised nearly $2 million in these vital funds since 2015.
