Roaring Fork Fish Taco

Roaring Fork invites guests to celebrate independence day on Thursday, July 4th with a “Dinner on Us” special!  Diners will enjoy buy one entrée, get one free beginning at 4 p.m.

Entrees by  Executive Chef, Michael Bouwens:

Big Ass Burger: fresh ground chuck, aged longhorn cheddar, pepper bacon, roasted poblano pepper on a house baked bun with fries
Spit Roasted Double Cut Pork Chop: served with tomato jam and pork jus
Boneless Buttermilk Fried Chicken: served with mashed potatoes and peppercorn gravy
Sugar Cured Duck Breast: with onion jam, sour cherry mustard and little cabbages
Braised Beef Short Ribs: served with horseradish mashed potatoes, and tomato jam
Cedar Planked Salmon: with wood oven roasted teriyaki BBQ, and chilled green bean salad
Grilled Fish Tacos: served on corn tortillas with guacamole, corn pico, remoulade and salsa verde
