UA Eller College Gala

On Nov. 9, alumni and friends of the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management gathered in McClelland Hall to “Recognize the Past and Anticipate the Future” at a gala event to celebrate a series of major milestones in the college’s history.

Included among those milestones is the anniversary of the founding of the college’s National Board of Advisors in 1982 and the opening of McClelland Hall in 1992.

The evening featured a progressive reception spotlighting the newly named MicroAge Lab, supported by alumnus Jeffrey McKeever’s company; the top-ranked McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship; and the Samuel O. Witt Courtyard, which was redesigned over the summer. Dinner was served in the Estes Atrium.

Chef Janos Wilder designed the evening’s menu, which featured native and locally sourced Southwest ingredients. The James Beard Foundation named Wilder as the top chef in the Southwest in 2000.
