Molina Holiday Party
Jeweler Alfredo J. Molina and his family celebrated the holiday spirit in style with a ballroom full of their friends at the Arizona Biltmore. The Dec. 7 black-tie soiree took A Royal Holiday Celebration as its theme, taking form around Queen Elizabeth’s Diamond Jubilee.
Guests were greeted by palace guards, many seizing the moment as a photo opportunity. The Diamond Jubilee theme was reflected in the table settings, embellished with crystals and in the gorgeous chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. And the event came complete with royalty, with the U.K.'s Lord Craig Chislett and Phillip Morris, owner of The Yacht London, in attendance.
The menu for the evening featured Filet de Boeuf Wellington en Croute followed by Dark Chocolate and Eggnog Cream Mille-Feuille. Wines carried the Molina label, including Castillo de Molina Chardonnay and Castillo de Molina Cabernet Sauvignon. Dancing to the music of British Invasion followed the dinner.
With the evening underwritten by the Molinas, guests were encouraged to write their checks to one of the two nonprofits selected by the jeweler: Fresh Start Women’s Foundation and Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of Molina Fine Jewelers in Phoenix.
