Heart Ball 2013 Kickoff Brunch

Heart Ball 2013 committee members gathered at Saks Fifth Avenue on Feb. 13 for a kickoff brunch and fashion show.

Robert Arnold-Kraft, general manager of Saks at Biltmore Fashion Park, was on hand to welcome the guests, and Sam Fox, Fox Restaurant Concepts, was introduced as the honorary chairman for 2013.

Chair Susan Doria announced “Serendipity” as the theme for the November 23 ball and the emphasis on color, especially as it relates to bright colors on our plates for heart health. Bright colors were also present in the “Best of Saks” fashion show.

During the month of February, Saks Fifth Avenue will donate 5 percent of SaksFirst Card purchases to shoppers’ choice of Phoenix charities, including the American Heart Association. Fox Restaurant Concepts will also donate a portion of the proceeds from their Heart Healthy menu items during February.
