Businesswomen, local philanthropists and animal enthusiasts Ann Siner and Tess Loo will team up to co-chair the Arizona Humane Society’s 20th annual Compassion with Fashion fundraiser and luncheon to be held at the Camelback Inn Resort and Spa on Sunday, March 25.

The sisters behind eco-chic consignments My Sister’s Closet, Well Suited and My Sister’s Attic will lend their fashion sense and passion to help “save the lives of those without a voice.”

The luncheon event, presented by PetSmart Charities, Inc., will kick off with a silent auction featuring a champagne raffle and mystery boxes. Guests will be treated to a fashion show presented by My Sister’s Closet and Well Suited, where models highlighting the latest trends will be accompanied down the runway by adoptable canine companions.

“The decor will be bright, bold and happy and will leave on smile on everyone’s face, a skip in  their stp and joy in their hearts,” Loo said.

“Guest can expect auction items unrivaled from other events, fashion that everyone will love and can afford and pets, pets, pets,” Siner said.

Paradise Valley resident, Daryl Weil will also be recognized as a special honoree for longstanding philanthropy,  compassion, and dedication and to the homeless pets of Maricopa County.

The Compassion with Fashion co-chairs and committee hope to surpass the more than $920,000 raised at last year’s event.

The Arizona Humane Society, founded in 1957, works to rescue, adopt, heal, and advocate for sick, injured and abused animals. Last year alone, the organization’s live-saving efforts found homes for more than 11,000 homeless animals.
