Cork Studio 24Cork, the beloved East Valley fine dining destination, is preparing to empty its cupboards and walk-ins in prep for their annual July summer closure. Need one last Cork fix? Come in for their “Pilfer the Pantry” menu -– everything must go!

Chef Brian Peterson and Co. will be offering five spontaneous courses on the “Pilfer the Pantry” menu beginning Saturday, June 22 through June 29. Although each course will be a mystery, diners can expect delectable surprises which will display the excellence seen on Cork’s usual menu.

Peterson along with owners Robert and Danielle Morris will close Cork’s doors all July while they prep for the upcoming season and staff goes on R & D vacations. Cork will reopen Thursday, August 1, returning with signature offerings like “Foie Fridays” and their monthly themed tasting menus.

The regular dinner menu will still be offered June 22-27 in addition to the “Pilfer the Pantry” menu option, but June 28 and 29 will exclusively feature the five course tasting menu. The cost of the tasting menu is $50 per person and reservations are strongly suggested.
