The Gladly

the gladlyCitizen Public House gladly introduces its next big restaurant concept.
Amidst the fanfare of the sold-out Devoured Culinary Classic, media and 1,500 dining Illuminati were thrilled to learn details of the newest project launched by the triumvirate behind Citizen Public House.
During chef Bernie Kantak’s cooking demo, partners Andrew Fritz and Richie Moe unfurled the banner announcing the impending opening of their newest concept. The Gladly, was celebrated with the requisite toast! Is the anticipation over?
Nope, it is just beginning.
Festival goers learned that The Gladly will open at a prized Biltmore location at the Anchor Centre at 2201 E. Camelback Road this Fall. Fans of Fritz, Kantak, and Moe will be treated to a completely new concept described as a playful vibe with a seriously delicious menu.
Gladly start drooling over Root Beer Braised Bacon with Steel Cut Oats, Red Eye Gravy and Red Shiso ($12), Smoked Mozzarella Fondue ($10) and a menu that Fritz describes as “a tad bit bigger than Citizen’s.”
The Biltmore cocktail scene will get a boost from mixologist Moe, armed with an arsenal of new cocktails. For those who can’t wait to imbibe, step up to his laboratory at Citizen R+D where he’ll be concocting potions all summer long.
The Gladly will be open for lunch, dinner and happy hour seven days a week.
