Gary Nagel was nestled at a table in the dining room at the Musical Instrument Museum looking quite satisfied.
The Fountain Hills retiree had just finished off a turkey sandwich. “But this wasn’t your typical processed turkey,” he said. “This was the real thing.”
His selection was listed on the menu as a roasted turkey-breast sandwich with local herbs, local cucumbers and kale.
