The James Beard Award winner and one of Food Network’s Iron Chefs, takes his guests on a travel through Mexico, Spain, Cuba, Peru and his ancestral home in Ecuador.
It can’t get any better? –Oh wait. If I started pondering this at the first course and finishing it over a plate of Pastel De Tres Leches, then I’m pretty sure it was equally impressive.
