Omni Hotels has announced the acquisition of its sixth luxury property from KSL Capital Partners, the Montelucia Resort & Spa in Paradise Valley. The new name, Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia, reflects the Omni brand.
T
he Montelucia features 253 luxuriously appointed guestrooms, 38 suites and two presidential suites. Its distinctive architecture is inspired by the rich history, white-washed villages and sun-drenched hills of Spain’s Andalusia region. The destination resort also includes the award-winning Joya Spa, three resort pools and five dining options, including the critically acclaimed Prado.
The Montelucia was built by in 2008 and has become a sought-after location for weddings and other social occasions, including many Valley nonprofit fundraising events.
