The Cause: Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale

Mission: Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale (BGCS) serves thousands of youth at nine Clubs located within the communities of Scottsdale, North Phoenix, Fountain Hills, Mesa, the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community and the Hualapai Nation.

Dollars raised: $1 million

Notable moment: Tisha Bhatnagar, 17-year-old member of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale’s Sal Cosenza Teen Center at the Virginia G. Piper Branch was named the organization’s 2019 Youth of the Year.
