Nina Mason Pulliam Trust Awards Nearly $3 Million to Local Nonprofits


The Nina Mason Pulliam Trust has awarded nearly $3 million to Arizona organizations during its first round of 2018 grants.
The grants have been awarded to nonprofit organizations in the state dedicated to education, helping those in need and protecting animals and the environment.
The Trust awarded $300,000 to the ASU Foundation for a New American University as well as the Maricopa Community Colleges Foundation for the Bridging Success program.
Additional grants were awarded to the Arizona Friends of Foster Children Foundation, Friends of Public Radio Arizona, International Rescue Committee and Fix.Adopt.Save, among many others.
Midwestern University and the Arizona Newspapers Foundation were both the first time grantees.
