St. Joseph’s Dedicates Healing Center to SRP

St. Joseph’s Foundation honored the leadership of Salt River Project for their decades of support of Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center by dedicating a conference room and healing garden at St. Joseph’s Westgate with the name of the utility company.
“This beautiful new space reflects a longstanding and meaningful partnership between St. Joseph’s and SRP, two powerhouses that have been serving this community for more than 100 years each,” said St. Joseph’s president and CEO Patty White.
The SRP Healing Center will provide a comfortable gathering space for hospital leaders and community members with large windos, natural light and a view of the garden.
“We are tremendously grateful to SRP leaders and board members for generously supporting our hospital system and helping us expand services to patients living in the West Valley,” said St. Joseph’s Foundation president Terri Hoffman. “As a nonprofit, we depend heavily on philanthropic support to ensure that the quality of care we offer is topnotch for everyone who walks through our doors — just as we have for the past 123 years.”
SRP has donated more than $500,000 to ensure the growth of St. Joseph’s over the past three decades and recently designated funds to the St. Joseph’s Westgate Medical Center, which opened in 2014.
