Lost Our Home Pet Rescue Raises $160K at Sit Stay Brunch
Lost Our Home Pet Rescue welcomed 465 guests to its “Sit Stay Brunch: A Purrfect Holiday Celebration!” at the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia earlier this month.
The event raised $160,000 and the organization announced that the Home at Last capital campaign had received an anonymous $1,000,000 donation as well as a $250,000 donation from the Rachael Ray Foundation.
At the event, Sandy Day, vice chairman of Lulu’s Fund, part of the Timothy T. Day Foundation, was awarded with the Pet Champion Excellence Award.
Melissa Sharpe served as the emcee and Thom and Sharla Blischok served as the Home at Last campaign chairs.
Funds raised from the event will support Lost Our Home Pet Rescue’s general operations.
