Arizona Costume Institute Holiday Luncheon Features ‘Devil Wears Prada’ Stylist Patricia Field

Patricia Field, best known for her styling prowess on hits such as “Sex In The City” and “The Devil Wears Prada,” joined the Annual Arizona Costume Institute Luncheon as both an honored guest and speaker. 
 
Patricia captivated the audience with stories about her iconic namesake store, which catered to the funky and fabulous for 50 years in New York City. 
 
Her presence brought out the Valley’s most passionate fashion lovers to hear the stylist and designer speak about her adventurous career, creating iconic looks for Hollywood elite, including her story about Sarah Jessica Parker’s infamous “Sex In The City” tutu and how it came to be the primary image for the show. 
 
She spoke to the evolution of her career and how her humble beginnings sprouted creativity. Additionally, there were film crews on hand gathering content for a yet-to-be-named documentary that will showcase Patricia and her one-of-a-kind career.
