‘Hollywoof’ event helps pets find homes, raises funds for Humane Society


The Arizona Humane Society’s 19th annual Compassion with Fashion: Hollywoof event brought together more than 1,100 animal lovers to celebrate and help homeless pets go from the street to the spotlight. At the event, all 16 pets that were in need of homes were adopted after strutting their way from the stage into the hearts and homes of their new families.
The event raised $920,000 to support AHS’  programs and services, including AHS’ Emergency Animal Medical Technicians™ and Second Chance Animal Trauma Hospital™. The revenue is enough to help more than 1,040 pets in their care. You can view a photo gallery from the event below.
