Art Event is a Nice Way to Wine Down

AJ’s Fine Foods’ annual The Art of Wine and Tastes of Summer will feature tastings of more than 40 wines with gourmet food pairings on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts. AJ’s Fine Foods is hosting The Art of Wine and Tastes of Summer event at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts on Saturday, May 20 to benefit Scottsdale Arts.
The annual event allows attendees the opportunity to taste over 40 new wines carefully selected by AJ’s cellar masters and paired with a variety of appetizers, such as artisan cheeses and breads, shrimp cocktail, sushi and desserts. It will also feature live music and a silent auction.
“We’re thrilled to partner and support Scottsdale Arts during this highly anticipated wine-tasting event, all benefitting the arts,” said Jayson Mead, director of operations for AJ’s Fine Foods. “Our entire AJ’s Fine Foods team will share the Valley’s greatest selections of wine, hand-selected by our cellar masters. All of the wines featured will also be available for purchase at a price point that makes it perfect for building your wine collection without breaking the bank.”
Scottsdale Arts will use the proceeds from the event to provide arts and education programs for the community through Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art and Scottsdale Public Art. Scottsdale Arts was founded 30 years ago and serves more than 400,000 participants each year.
