Love Your Heart This Month by Scheduling a Free Screening


Abrazo Community Health Network is offering free heart health screenings throughout the Valley in February, which is National Heart Month.
Heart disease remains the No. 1 killer of both men and women in the United States. More than 600,000 Americans die of heart disease each year. About 85.6 million Americans are living with some form of cardiovascular disease or the after-effects of stroke, according to the American Heart Association.
The Embrace Your Heart health screenings will include blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose screenings along with body mass index checks.

The screenings will be from 8-11 a.m. unless otherwise noted:
Feb. 15: Safeway, 4750 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix.
Feb. 18: Safeway, 20205 N. 67th Ave., Glendale.
Feb. 22: Safeway, 14175 W. Indian School Road, Goodyear.
Feb. 25: Safeway, 4747 E. Greenway Road, Phoenix.
March 8: Eagles Nest Clubhouse At Pebble Creek, 3645 Clubhouse Drive (parking lot)
Abrazo Community Health Network encompasses six acute-care hospitals – Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital, Abrazo Arrowhead Campus, Abrazo Central Campus, Abrazo Maryvale Campus, Abrazo Scottsdale Campus and Abrazo West Campus – along with freestanding emergency centers, urgent care centers, primary practices and specialty practices.
